Virgin pacts with U.K. PBS

LONDON -- Your final-minute deal remains implemented to carry the completely new U.K. version of PBS on local cable platform Virgin Media. The move suggests that PBS will probably be available to clients of both primary British payboxes -- satcaster BSkyB and Virgin -- when the service bows in Blighty on November. 1.
